We are experts in the field of prevention or resolution of alcohol or drug related problems in the workplace. We acknowledge the interests of employers and work from our own experience of addiction and therefore we understand people who suffer from addiction like no other. This makes us into valuable counterparts. We want to pay forward our own experience in recovery: freedom from addiction, our knowledge of prevention and recovery processes, and provide a solution for employer’s who have to deal with use disorder amongst their employees.

Our interventionists
Our intervention specialists are professionally trained and certified experts by experience. The professional conduct comes first followed by their own experiences in the field of addiction.
We use Elsden training as a partner for our education and subsequent additional training. Our employees receive basic and additional training in Addiction Science (Diploma VKI), Intervention (Arise ©) and Motivational Interviewing (Miller, Rollnick). Our interview techniques are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy teaching methods (recognized and initiated by the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Association, VCGt).
